To reduce tooling times for upper and lower tools by up to 80% of the time that would be required by manually tightening the intermediaries one by one, R.P.C. offers state-of-the-art punch clamps and automatic dies, with SPEED TOUCH and SPEED GRIP, which combine simplicity in tooling with safety for the operator that, with a single gesture, closes the clamps that already bring the tool against the upper stop, thus ensuring perfect alignment of the moulds.
The introduction and extraction of the punch takes place from the front so that the tool does not have to be pulled out sideways.
